Bios

Officer No. 19980 is a Combine officer that draws attention from most other Combine Officers. Unlike most Officers, Officer No. 19980 did not attend an officers accademy or volunteered for the Combine Military. He started as a Civil Protection Officer in the 82nd Precinct. Certain Actions durring his Law Enforcement carreer eventually led to the order to have him Inducted into the Officer ranks of the Combine. Known for his Fierce Fighting Spirit and Violent Nature, he is not known for being subtle. He prefers to let the Enemy know when and where he is comming from, confident of his victory.This has lead to his defeat on many occasions, offen as the result of his suicidal actions on the field while leading his men. Those under his command should be warry the Perrils their leader has in store for them...
